Hello parents and students!
This is the email I sent Friday, March 20 regarding an info form for access and instrument pick up...please review!
Good morning band and orchestra parents,
As you know by now, BPS will be going online beginning on 3/30/20 until at least 4/15/20. Students will need their instruments to complete most tasks in their band and orchestra classes. In an effort to provide access to your child’s instrument(s), I will be at school from 8 am to 6 pm on Monday, March 23rd. Attached is a Google Form link. The form is necessary for every student/parent to fill out even if you are not picking up an instrument as it will provide current student and parent email addresses and other access point questions. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact me via email.
