Oct. 28th (4:30-7:00 or 9:30) – Kennedy/Southwest Combined Bands – National Anthem @ Marching MPA

o   All Wind Ensemble @ Palm Bay HS Stadium

Nov. 1st (3:00-9:00) – Band Spaghetti Dinner

o   All Jazz Performance

o   All bands volunteer

Nov. 3rd (5:30-9:00~) – VHS Eighth Grade Night

o   VHS-Zoned students @ Viera HS Stadium

Nov. 7th (Times Vary) – All-County Concert Band Auditions

o   Viera HS

Nov. 15th (Times Vary) – All-County Jazz Band Auditions

Dec. 9th (4:45-7:00) – Cocoa/Rockledge Christmas Parade

o   Gather @ RHS – Pick-Up @ Cocoa Village

Dec. 12th (6:15-8:00) – Winter Concert @ VHS Auditorium

o   Student Call – 6:15/Concert – 7:00  (All Bands)

Official 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner Info (Wed., Nov. 11)

Hello band parents and students,

We are officially kicking off our big fundraiser beginning today (Monday, 10/16).  Students received 10 tickets each along with info regarding the event to sell to friends, family, co-workers, etc.  In addition, we have a sign-up genius for volunteering and donating.  Even if you signed up on the old form, please go to this form to sign-up (students and parents):  

We ask that all students provide one box of spaghetti and one jar of red sauce to help with the meal.  Any extra help with dressing, desserts, etc. are also appreciated and are on the sign-up genius above.  We cannot do this without help so please consider in anyway you can.  Ticket sales end Monday, 10/30.

Hello all students and parents,

The 3rd Annual Band Spaghetti Dinner will take place on Nov. 1.  WE NEED HELP.  Parents, please consider volunteering for help with managing that night or on our steering committee!  Please fill out this form to indicate what you are able to do.  Thank you for all your support...more information to come...

Beginning Band Rental Night

Beginning Band Students and Parents,

Please be prepared for a short meeting followed by renting and receiving instruments on Friday, Aug. 18 beginning at 6:00 pm in the GYM...All beginning band students MUST attend.  Because of our continuing construction it will be necessary for you to park near/on the track and enter the gym on the outside north entrance near the girls' locker room.

Hello band students and parents,

Welcome to the Kennedy Middle School band program!  Please use this site as a supplement to your class and as an information and announcement source.  We will be using it almost daily for surveys in class or assignments for home.

!!!For your first assignment, please go to the Band Registration tab on the left and complete the registration form by Friday, Aug. 11th!!!
